Changing your air filter routinely is easy to do, but it’s also easy to forget. Good news – your Resident Benefit Package comes with Second Nature Filter Delivery. The HVAC Filters for your home will be delivered every 90 days.
When it comes to paying rent, most of our residents pay online through their portal.
Late rent happens, we understand. Another benefit we offer is the one time waiver of Late Fees. We will waive the 10% late fees once per year. Maximum 10 day late period for waiver.
MacDoc Property Management will grant a one-time waiver of returned ACH or Check payment fee. A $55.00 value Once Annually.

This includes assisting with electric, gas, water, cable, alarm, internet, dish and even moving truck service setup.
