  • Q: How do I apply for one of the homes you manage?

    A: All application procedures start from our listings - Look for the "APPLY HERE" button and begin the process. Find our applications at www.MacDocRentals.com and click apply now
  • Q: Do you accept Pets?

    A: Yes, the majority of our properties are pet-friendly. Each rental listing will note if pets are accepted and if there are any pet restrictions.
  • Q: When are new properties listed?

    A: Our website is updated continually to reflect our current inventory of properties.
  • Q: Do you accept Housing Choice Vouchers or Section 8 (HUD) vouchers?

    A: YES. Some of our properties accept these types of vouchers. Each listing will state if the owner accepts vouchers.
  • Q: Can I add a pet to my current lease?

    A: Yes as long as the owner approves the pet. You can submit a request through your online account to get owner approval.
  • Q: How do I pay rent online?

    A: We offer a variety of online payment methods including Electronic check (EFT) payments, debit/credit card payments and PayNearMe to pay by money order. We do allow credit/debit card payments for rent however, processing fees apply for these types of payments.
  • Q: When do I have to return my keys after I move out?

    A: Keys must be returned within 12 hours of vacating the property. You are not officially moved out until the keys are returned and you may be responsible for charges until the keys are returned. Make sure you provide us with your forwarding address when you return your keys. There is a $50 fee for each non-returned key.
  • Q: When is rent due?

    A: Rent is due on the 1st of the month and considered late after 5 pm on the 5th of the month. Rent must be in our office by 5 pm on the 5th of the month. If you pay rent after 5 pm on the 5th of the month there is a late fee that is assessed per your lease agreement.
  • Q: How can I contact your office for maintenance requests, questions about my lease, rental payment intentions, etc?

    A: For the fastest response, you can submit any requests, questions or information through your online account by clicking the "Contact Us" button. This will send an email to all staff and the appropriate department can answer your request.
